NOW HIRING: Director of RehabilitationDirector of Rehabilitation responsibilities Include:

• Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, ensuring high-quality care for all residents.
• Lead and mentor a team of therapists, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Develop individualized rehabilitation plans tailored to residents' needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal outcomes for residents.
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage department budgets.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting, with leadership experience preferred.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with appropriate credentials.
