Director of Residential Facilities Operations - University at Buffalo : Job Details

Campus Living is accepting applications for the Director of Residential Facilities (FPMO Facilities Planning and Management Officer). In this role, you will lead a dynamic and diverse team that seeks to provide safe, attractive, and well-functioning facilities. You will direct the operation and maintenance of the residential physical plant, encompassing more than 2.5 million square feet of space over two campuses. The University at Buffalo annually houses just under 8,000 undergraduate and graduate students in 13 residence halls and 5 apartment complexes. As a senior leader, the functional areas of responsibility within the housing team include building maintenance, custodial services, emergency planning and contractor engagement and management. You are responsible for setting employee and/or group goals, workforce planning, training and assessment.
