Full time Director of Retention - 1208 A healthcare company is looking for a savvy leader to handle a team of representatives managing retention issues and escalations. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, perform well under pressure, and demonstrate strong leadership abilities while servicing clients. Responsibilities Include:
  • Lead and manage a team of retention representatives, ensuring high performance and motivation.
  • Handle escalations and resolve retention issues promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Analyze retention data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve client concerns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and apply them to enhance retention efforts.
  • Report retention metrics and progress to senior management.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within customer service or retention.
