Director of Risk Management - TBG | The Bachrach Group : Job Details

Leading Insurance firm, is looking to add a Director of risk / Insurance to the rapidly growing firm. Dynamic leader, in the workers compensation industry, able to manage and grow a team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing programs to reduce workplace injuries and accidents.
• Compliance to both insurance carrier and its clients comply with local, state, and federal regulations regarding workplace safety and workers' compensation.
• Risk management software tools, utilizing these tools to track, analyze, and report risk data effectively.
• Strong knowledge and experience with risk management principles and insurance products.
• Expert knowledge of Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability; knowledge and
• expertise of other product lines. (Code Rule 59 and Code Rule 60, preferred.)
• 7-10 years of worker's compensation risk management experience at an insurance carrier required.
• Certified Risk Manager (CRM), preferred.
