It's an approach that results in elegant and unique solutions, raising the bar for the entire smart home ecosystem.The RoleThis is a unique opportunity to drive ASSA ABLOY Level's digital experience and revenue across Amazon retail platforms. This includes managing sales and market share growth that drives Level's revenue and profit. You should have a strong understanding of Amazon's sales ecosystem, with a proven track record of driving growth on Amazon. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain partnership with Amazon's Strategic Vendor Services and Vendor Management teams to drive ASSA ABLOY Level's business
  • Manage day-to-day Amazon account needs inclusive of content updates, variation recommendations, and product availability maintenance for in-stocks and Andon Cords
  • Drive ASSA ABLOY Level brand integrity efforts and facilitate internal collaboration and administrative support for our Authorized Reseller Program in partnership with broader ASSA ABLOY Level Sales Team
  • Manage Amazon PDP listings to optimize for search, conversion, and customer ratings trends
  • Partner with Operations Team on weekly sell thru and shipment forecast, monitor performance to plan focusing on meeting or exceeding sell thru plan while keeping inventory weeks of supply inline with goals
  • Coordinate and execute new product launches, including ASIN creation, Amazon Vine, PDP content readiness, brand store updates and forecasting ensuring product is available on time
  • Partner with Marketing Team to ensure messaging and digital assets meet Amazon best practice merchandising standards, support our brand guidelines, and help customers better understand our value proposition
  • Manage Amazon paid spend budget and ad agency to optimize ROAS and sales
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities and adjust strategy recommendations to capitalize on insights
  • Execute on appropriate promotional campaigns, such as marquee events, Lightning Deals, strategic bundles, or coupons to drive sales and increase product visibility
  • Develop deep understanding of Smart Home category including ASSA ABLOY Level's product portfolio, competitor offerings, technology landscape etc. and implement tactics that result in revenue and brand share growth
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and changes to Amazon's platform and strategies, making recommendations accordingly
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Amazon sales experience
  • 1-3 years of meeting consumer goods sales goals, consumer electronics preferred
  • 1-3 years of digital performance marketing experience
  • Familiarity with forecasting and budget planning
  • Innovative and strategic thinker, excited about the smart lock and smart home categories
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data
  • High attention to detail including precise and effective stakeholder communications
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
