Lead and manage the sales team while collaborating with customer service, finance, product management, marketing, and R&D to achieve revenue goalsDevelop strategic sales plans and identify growth market opportunities to maximize market share for foam fire protection productsMonitor and coach sales team members to enhance sales performance and customer service qualityConduct regular business performance reviews and meetings with the sales team to track progress and sales resultsRecruit, hire, train, and develop sales personnel to improve organizational capabilitiesWhat is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or Fire Protection Engineering10-15 years of successful sales management experience in driving revenue across a remote sales organization, preferably in the fire protection or detection industryProven track record of accomplishments in the sales function and driving profitable business growthExperience in motivating and energizing a diverse sales team in critical areas of sales planning and negotiationWillingness to travel up to 50% (initially 75%)How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
