  • What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Lead and manage the sales team while collaborating with customer service, finance, product management, marketing, and R&D to achieve revenue goals
  • Develop strategic sales plans and identify growth market opportunities to maximize market share for foam fire protection products
  • Monitor and coach sales team members to enhance sales performance and customer service quality
  • Conduct regular business performance reviews and meetings with the sales team to track progress and sales results
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales personnel to improve organizational capabilities
  • What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or Fire Protection Engineering
  • 10-15 years of successful sales management experience in driving revenue across a remote sales organization, preferably in the fire protection or detection industry
  • Proven track record of accomplishments in the sales function and driving profitable business growth
  • Experience in motivating and energizing a diverse sales team in critical areas of sales planning and negotiation
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% (initially 75%)
  • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Master's degree and Lean/Six Sigma certification
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Proven influence and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrix structure
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and SalesForce.com
