Director of Sales – Global FM Services Provider
Our client, a Global Facilities Management (FM) Services Provider, is looking for an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to drive growth within the corporate sector.This is a strategic leadership role focused on growing revenue, winning high-value contracts, and expanding client partnerships within the corporate environment. The position requires a proven track record of selling to clients in the corporate sector, combined with the ability to lead a sales team, deliver customized FM solutions, and manage complex bid processes.If you have a background in business development, consultative selling, and driving large commercial contracts in the corporate sector, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact within a global market leader.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:Lead and execute a go-to-market strategy to win high-value FM contracts with major corporate clients.Identify and secure new business opportunities, targeting multi-million-dollar contracts across corporate accounts.Build a pipeline of opportunities with a focus on delivering long-term, multi-year contracts.Client Relationship Management:Establish and nurture C-Suite relationships with key decision-makers at corporate organizations.Serve as the key point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a smooth experience from pitch to close.Support key accounts and long-term client partnerships to ensure contract renewals and upselling opportunities.Bid & Proposal Leadership:Lead and manage all bid processes for large RFPs and RFQs, ensuring the delivery of compelling, competitive proposals.Work with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, and solutions teams) to design profitable and compelling FM solutions.Provide commercial leadership and oversight of pricing models, ensuring bid competitiveness and profitability.Strategic Sales Leadership:Own the sales pipeline and revenue targets.Use market research and competitor analysis to inform commercial strategy and go-to-market plans.Report on performance to senior stakeholders, providing key insight into revenue, growth opportunities, and forecast accuracy.Key Skills & Experience:
Proven track record of securing large FM contracts (multi-million-dollar deals) with corporate clients.10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director, Business Development Leader).Industry experience in Facilities Management (FM).Expertise in leading end-to-end RFPs, tenders, and large commercial bids.Strong relationship-building skills, especially at the C-Suite level within corporate organisations.Excellent negotiation, strategic planning, and commercial acumen.Why Join Us?
