Lead and Motivate: Inspire and manage the sales team to improve customer service and achieve sales targets.

Strategic Planning: Design and implement strategic sales plans to reach annual sales goals.

Client Relationships: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.

Sales Objectives: Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
