Compensation Range:$175,000.00 - $225,000.00 Annual Salary
Job Description Summary:Consult with Sr Ops Management and Project Teams on delay and productivity claims in ADR proceedings, as well as manage the efforts of project control teams in the delivery of compiling delay/productivity claims, supporting company scheduling practices, and negotiations of claims.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Able to perform all Sr Associate - Scheduling/Claims job responsibilitiesMentor and provide guidance to all levels of Project Controls teamManage Senior Associate - Scheduling/Claims and directly supervise other Project Controls team membersSupervise system administrator functions related to P6 EPPM, provide instructional design support, and conduct training for end users of P6Participate as an expert trainer (P6 Classes, Fragnet Classes, Cornerstone, Foundations, and Structural)Prepare baseline contract schedules with project Teams, support schedule updates, develop project specific recovery/acceleration plan schedules as required under the ContractSupervise and develop action plan for the entire process of research, organizing and assembling project documentation and facts related to claim entitlement issues as well as damage recovery under the contract theoriesSupervise and conduct forensic schedule analysis in support of detailed cause and effect claim presentationsSupervise and conduct forensic labor productivity analysis in support of detailed cause and effect claim presentationsSupervise and develop BI Data Analytics for Labor and Scheduling MetricsPartner with Project Teams in evaluating contractual entitlement, risks, and potential cost recovery and/or defensive alternative plans to claim resolutionRecommend measures to Division Managers and Claims Committee with regards to protecting and/or preserving rights to recovery of claims and likely outcomes for the effort to pursue claimsDevelop and direct Teams in preparing plans to mitigate liabilities and/or develop approaches and methods of claims avoidanceSupervise Teams in approaches to detailed schedule analyses necessary to quantify Contractor's entitlement and liabilities utilizing established forensic critical path evaluationsPresent Contractor damages resulting from project delays, disruptions, and acceleration to support settlement negotiationsPrepare claims for mediation, present claim positions in mediation, and make recommendations to support settlement negotiationsTestify on scheduling and labor productivity portions of the dispute resolution processRegular travel (local and inter-state) requiredComplete other responsibilities as assignedMinimum Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience (construction claims analysis or construction project controls field and scheduling), with 7 years in the construction claim fieldConstruction claims analysis and scheduling experience requiredStrong working knowledge of current construction scheduling software applicationsAdvanced knowledge of P6 EPPM including baseline schedule development, system administration functions, and ability to train others in system functionalityDelay and disruption claim preparation assembly experience including:Critical path method scheduling and analysis experienceDeveloping impacted As-Built schedule analysisDeveloping contractor damage calculation experienceEntitlement argument and narrative writing experienceEntitlement fact package assembly and development experienceAnalyzing Subcontractor claim damagesParticipation in claim negotiation preferredWorking knowledge of construction means and methods, management techniques, and cost accounting principlesAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint, working knowledge of Outlook and WordAbility to write reports using Oracle BI Publisher or similar application preferredExperience in integrating P6 EPPM and Synchro for 4-D Schedule modelsProficient written and verbal English communication skills, including business writing skills, and professional telephone mannerRegular travel (both locally and inter-state) requiredReliability, dependability, and flexibilitySummary of Benefits:
