About the Role

The Company is in search of a Director of Search Operations to lead the end-to-end recruiting process for its diverse stakeholders. This includes candidates, clients, partner referrers, and the internal community of referrers. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving policies, processes, and product offerings to enhance the efficiency of internal recruiting operations. The role also involves supporting the growth of partner referral networks and building trust and credibility by connecting top talent with exceptional career opportunities. The Director of Search Operations will work closely with the C-suite to transform existing business practices into a scalable product that leverages AI and ML for intelligent, automated executive matchmaking.Candidates for the Director of Search Operations position at the company should have a proven track record in executive-level recruiting, with a strong foundation in recruiting tools and applications. Experience in a high-growth company or start-up environment is a plus. The role requires exceptional people and communication skills, a proactive, self-starting attitude, and a passion for building new programs and experiences.
