Director of Senior Housing Policy & Expert Support

Together with more than 50,000 caregivers, our members provide quality and compassionate services to over 63,000 older adults daily in all the places they call home, including independent senior housing, assisted living communities, skilled care centers, adult day services, and other community-based services.
As the Director of Senior Housing & Expert Support, you will lead public policy analysis and advocacy on senior housing issues at the federal, state, and municipal levels. You will also provide technical assistance and support for a growing portfolio of senior housing services, including independent, subsidized, market rate, and co-op settings. Additionally, you will join a team of Association experts to support members who offer adult day, assisted living, and customized living services.

LeadingAge Minnesota operates in a hybrid work environment that requires in-office attendance three days per week and the option of working from home on Mondays and Fridays if desired.
