Director of Social Services Job Qualifications:

• Required- Licensed Social Worker in the state of CO
• Social services experience preffered
• Healthcare experience preferred

• Admissions experience preferred

Director of Social Services Job Duties:

• Oversee resident referrals, admissions, concerns, discharges
• Follow state and federal guidelines
• Follow facility policies and procedures
