If any part of this message resonates with you, then Complete Care at West Caldwell wants to hear from you Director of Social Services Qualifications & Responsibilities: Directs, establishes & plans the overall policies/goals for the Social Services Dept Maintain accurate , thorough, and timely documentation. Participates in interdisciplinary care plan meetings to ensure treatment of the social and emotional needs of the resident A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected Review Advanced Directives and provide education to residents and family members as needed. Help provide a smooth admission and discharge process for residents and family members. Other duties as assigned by Administrator. Prior experience managing staff is preferred. Ability to work independently or part of a n interprofessional team Computer knowledge.
