Responsibilities:

• Oversee the social services department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to residents.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide counseling and support to residents and their families.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Supervise and mentor social services staff, providing training and guidance as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the nursing home industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar Director of Social Services role.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
