Madison's Niche/DK Brothers is currently accepting resumes for Director of Stores. This position reports directly to the owner and is responsible for the growth of our 7 locations and the development of our senior management team.

Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Director to oversee the operations and sales performance of our retail stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing senior staff, ensuring outstanding performance in operations, visual merchandising, people development and driving sales to meet and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the senior team
• Supervise and train senior staff members to run efficient teams in corporate and stores
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure we are ordering products to support business
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue
• Work with owner to ensure future growth of the entire organization

Skills

• Experience in people management, sales management and retail management
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to effectively communicate with senior teams and owner
• Knowledge of inventory management practices
• Knowledge of merchandising strategies that impact sales performance

Job Requirements

• 5+ years senior leadership in corporate retail environment
• Proven sales growth results in previous positions
• Experience hiring, training and managing high performing teams
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Must travel to all locations as needed

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Corporate office is located in Stony Brook, but travel throughout the tri-state region is mandatory on a consistent basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
