If you have previous experience working in a SaaS environment with a background in Fintech or financial payables, please read on!Job Details***MUST HAVE: SaaS Enterprise and Fintech experience to be considered***Job Details:Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Permanent Director of Strategic Partnerships. This is a remote position, meaning you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere. As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to establish and grow business and functional partnerships that will contribute to the company s strategic objectives. This role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment. Our AI-powered platform works across our customers financial systems to continuously monitor and analyze all spend transactions for fraud, waste, and misuse. With a consolidated, consistent view of risk across their enterprise, customers can prevent financial loss and optimize spend while strengthening the controls that improve compliance. Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts and partnerships that align with the company's business goals.2. Identify, cultivate, and negotiate new partnerships with key businesses, organizations, and stakeholders.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering) to develop a comprehensive understanding of our product and its positioning in the market.4. Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and identify key areas of competitive differentiation, as well as potential areas of collaborative expansion.5. Manage relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual satisfaction and exploring potential enhancements or expansion opportunities.6. Oversee the entire partnership lifecycle, from identification and cultivation through to negotiation, launch, management, and evaluation.7. Provide regular updates to senior management regarding partnership performance, challenges, and opportunities.8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop partner marketing strategies and materials.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.2. Minimum of 7 years' experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a similar role in a SaaS environment.3. Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships.4. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.5. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective strategies for growth.6. Excellent relationship management skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse range of partners.7. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.8. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a clear focus on high-quality and business profit.9. Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to secure favorable terms and commitments.10. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with team members distributed across multiple geographies.11.
