Director of Supply Chain - Dialysis and Kidney Care (Procurement & Operations Leadership)
Location: 1550 W. McEwen Dr., Franklin, TN 37067 (will need to be onsite at least 3 days per week, preferably Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday).
Overview:
Innovative Renal Care is hiring a Director of Supply Chain with 6+ years of healthcare supply chain and procurement experience in multi-site organizations to oversee the day-to-day operations and drive procurement, inventory management, and supplier performance across our organization. This critical leadership role is based in Franklin, TN, with a hybrid schedule requiring onsite presence Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Reporting to the VP of Supply Chain, the Director will act as the operational leader of our supply chain team, managing direct reports and collaborating across departments to ensure smooth and efficient processes. While the VP will lead the overall strategy and vision, the Director will focus on supply chain operations, optimization, and results.
