Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sourcing and recruiting top candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.

+ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

+ Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract top talent.

+ Conduct reference checks and screenings.

+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

+ Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.

+ Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

+ Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition or recruitment.

+ Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

+ Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
