A day in the life:

• Maintain and grow strategic staffing partnerships and programs across local and global sites
• Lead and manage all talent acquisition programs from sourcing through onboarding ensuring compliance with company best practices, policies, and procedures
• Research and present new tools and resources creating innovative and creative candidate attraction and engagement
• Oversight of contingent and temporary labor partners
• Partner and collaborate with HR teams at all sites on workforce planning

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

• 7+ years of leading talent acquisition programs in the manufacturing industry
• Strong business acumen and professional influence to work with executive leadership team
• Experience in global manufacturing environment highly preferred
• Successfully represent company to external community creating positive engagement
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or other related field
• SHRM certification, preferred

Compensation and Benefits: $160-$170K in annual compensation including a very robust total rewards package including benefits with a focus on physical, mental and financial well-being.
