Through innovative programs, committed educators, and strong community partnerships, they're making a lasting impact.THE ROLE - DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY TRANSFORMATIONThis is a strategic leadership role focused on modernizing and optimizing the organization's technology landscape to support growth and operational excellence.

• Develop and execute a long-term technology strategy, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and performance
• Assess existing systems and infrastructure, identifying areas for optimization and implementing new solutions to drive innovation
• Introduce and integrate technologies that align with evolving business and data needs
• Communicate technology initiatives to executive leadership, securing buy-in for transformation projects
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing technology team in alignment with organizational growth
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure technology supports strategic priorities

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience leading technology transformation and modernization initiatives
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Track record of executing strategic technology roadmaps to drive efficiency and innovation
• Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and enterprise software systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
