Position Summary:
The Director of Teen Services and Leadership Development is responsible for management of the daily operations of the Teen Center, Outreach/Teen Engagement, and the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP). Supervising other Teen Department staff and working collaboratively with other Marks JCH employees, the Teen Director plans and implements various programs and Jewish educational experiences for teens and pre-teens. The ideal candidate will provide leadership, manage all aspects of program planning for the department, help in budget development and monitor departmental expenses. An alignment with the mission of the Marks JCH to serve as a hub for the Russian-Speaking Jewish community in Brooklyn and beyond is essential. This is an in-person position that is located in Brooklyn, NY and reports to the Marks JCH Program Director.

The JCH is dedicated to providing a supportive environment for adolescents to explore their interests, build leadership skills and explore careers through year-round internships and Summer Youth Employment program as well as explore their Jewish identity and strengthen their relationships to Israel and the global Jewish community. Zehut Teen department leads community programs and opportunities tailored to tweens, teens and young adults.
