Position Summary:
Culver-Stockton College (C-SC) in Canton, Missouri, is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Director of Tri-State Development. This is a full-time role responsible for managing the daily operations of Tri-State Development at Culver-Stockton College.
The Director will oversee the organization's administration, programs, and outreach initiatives. Key responsibilities include fundraising, marketing, community event planning, and internship development. This position reports directly to the Vice President for Strategic Initiatives and collaborates closely with cross-functional leaders and both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree preferred
· Experience in higher education and/or economic development or project management
· Ability to learn and become proficient in utilizing various software data tools such as IMPLAN and ESRI.
Skills:
· Strong speaking and writing skills
· Expertise in relationship building and collaboration
· Excellent ability to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality programs and events
· Skilled at analyzing information, intelligence, and data to extract meaningful insights
· Proficient in time management and problem-solving
· Eager to take on new challenges
