What does a successful Director of User Experience do at Fiserv?

You will play a critical role in shaping the digital experience across Fiserv's diverse product offerings and will oversee the UX strategy and execution within the Digital Experience Office (DXO) and the Digital Design Center of Excellence (DDCoE), while also engaging in hands-on design work.

With your deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a passion for innovation, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive excellence in product design, you will bring your proven track record of leading successful UX initiatives in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment to create user-friendly elements for Fiserv.

This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options or unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.

Salary Range

$129,400.00 - $217,900.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
