Job Summary Foundation for Recovery, Nevada's statewide recovery community organization, is seeking a detailed and outgoing Director of Workforce Training to plan and manage the organization's training and workforce development programs. The Director of Workforce Training manages a small team and is responsible for developing, coordinating, and conducting Foundation for Recovery's training and job training programs across the organization. Creates, plans, and implements ongoing training and learning opportunities at the organization and manages the annual training schedule.
Foundation for Recovery operates a Recovery Clubhouse, offering welcoming and enriching spaces for families, allies, and people in or seeking recovery from substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our recovery community center is a place for the local recovery community and our partners to gather, share their skills, and support each other. Unlike a treatment center, recovery clubhouses are non-clinical community centers that act as a hub for events, support, trainings, workshops, and a safe haven open to the public, powered by local communities of recovery.
