Also responsible for some general operation management responsibilities with a focus on cost control and maximizing profitability. Contributes to the strategic planning process, day-to-day operations and attainment of goals of the organization. Ensures operational policies and procedures are developed, effectively implemented, and maintained appropriately in all stores. Directs the training, ensuring meaningful training initiatives and programs are effectively developed and delivered. Must exhibit a proficiency in communicating complex ideas in simple, effective ways to influence, inform and educate audiences at all levels in the organization. Possesses the ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.QualificationsBachelor's Degree required. In lieu of degree, leadership may consider eight years of applicable experience.
