The Director of Clinical Operations responsible for ensuring assigned surgical centers and initiatives are operated within performance and regulatory objectives. Provides training and coaching to Clinical Managers on key job responsibilities while fostering strong working relationships built on ongoing communication and trust. Travels and performs onsite visits to assigned surgical centers for the purpose of training, evaluation, implementation as needed.
