Lange & S--hne, Baume & Mercier, IWC Schaffhausen, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Officine Panerai, Piaget, Roger Dubuis and Vacheron Constantin; Online Distributors, being Watchfinder.co.uk and YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP; and Other, including Alfred Dunhill, Azzedine Ala--a, Chlo--, Montblanc and Peter Millar.OVERVIEWThe Director, People Data and Analytics will oversee the People Data and Analytics strategy primarily for Cartier and for other businesses of Richemont Americas including USA, Canada, LATAM. Ensure the development, implementation, and reporting of KPI's and metrics at the local and regional level; reporting to the AVP of HR Operations and Analytics and the Chief Human Resources Officer of Cartier North America. The Director, People Data and Analytics will also lead new Global reporting tools rollout (Prism, Visier), drive process improvement, manage reporting and analytics across the region and the Maisons, and execute research.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with the CHRO of Cartier North America to develop periodic/real time dashboards of people data analytics with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, diversity, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure dashboards include insight and storytelling to create added value to the KPIs and data in such a way that the Executives and leaders are well equipped to drive the best business decisions based on these dashboards. Create and support an insights culture around HR data and KPIs.
- Manage the development and implementation of KPI's and metrics to improve measurable performance, also develop procedural and technological enhancements utilizing the compiled data.
- Create dashboards and manage projects as directed by HRIS Director, Group HR data Director Richemont and Cartier, and CHRO Cartier North America.
- Coordinate all HR data analytics initiatives across the Maisons and the Region, partner with Group to align with global initiatives and tools (SAC, Visier and PRISM).
- Supervise the HR Data and Analytics Manager to develop and maintain delivery standard of HR analytics to support business development through data analysis and validation. Support the management of ad hoc report development and delivery, involving SAP and Success Factors, HR Business Warehouse, SAC and non-payroll related government reporting obligations (EE0-1, ACA filing, etc.), or any HRIS system to be future implemented.
- Develop and maintain HR data governance strategy: Act as a key advisor to HRIS teams on leading solutions/trends on HR Technology to guarantee best design, integration and flow of data between HR systems. Collaborates with HRIS, local IT, vendors, etc on gathering requirements and identifying solutions.
- Partner with Group Hr Operations, Regional/Local HR Operations, Group Finance and Regional/Local Finance to implement HR data management that reflects latest headcount and cost measurement strategy for Richemont and for the brand. Guarantees HR data quality alignment and HR community training on Headcount and Cost reporting best practices.
- Support in building and delivering training, training documentation and knowledge database in relation to HR data, processes, KPIs and reporting tools.POSITION REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in business administration, analytics, or similar field preferred, advanced degree and/or certifications a plus.
- Professional with at least 8-10 years of work experience.
- Advanced PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, Outlook. Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Experience using reporting/query tools and data management tools, preferably Business Warehouse, R, PowerBI, SAC etc.
- Hands-on approach to data and system issues with a keen analytical sense and process orientation with the ability to translate complex, strategic topics into specific, understandable goals, tactics, action plans and deliverables.
- Able to work independently and must have the ability to identify and drive process improvements to impact change. Agile with the ability to quickly grasp facts, processes and procedures in a changing environment.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills in communicating with employees at all levels of the organization, including vertical & horizontal collaboration and relationship-building across functions. Possess a willingness to coach and teach end users who do not possess expert technical or computer skills.This position's responsibilities are split between Cartier and Richemont and based in NY in Cartier HR offices.Travel:RNA is based in Manhattan with offices in Midtown East.
