This change will take many forms, including restructuring projects, building new capabilities, acquiring and integrating new teams, opening new offices, and other engagement initiatives that support our people to deliver the best work of their careers, whilst at the same time developing inclusive communities. This person will partner alongside People Leadership to support the overall People Group strategy and planning process, including helping define our strategy, implementing ways of working, and tracking progress. This role will also lead change projects including M&A, which will be a significant part of the role! The ideal candidate will therefore have experience of the people function, significant project management skills, and will have led People M&A workstreams.

Salary Range:$206,125-$278,875 per yearWe value people as individuals and our dedication is to reward people competitively and equitably for the work they do and the skills and experience they bring to Arm.
