Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director Plant Operations will oversee the maintenance, biomedical services, security, and housekeeping operations for one critical access hospital campus. Daily responsibilities include establishing departmental goals and standards, overseeing management of construction projects, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for patients, managing departmental budgets, and supporting the mission of the organization.

What's Needed to Succeed:

• Progressive experience in plant operations and maintenance
• Proven experience in healthcare setting
• Prior leadership experience
