Purpose and Job Summary:
ORIX's Portfolio Management team is seeking to hire a Director for its New York office. The Portfolio Management team reports to the Head of Integrated Risk and Portfolio Management and is responsible for the ongoing portfolio management and monitoring of ORIX's investments across its Private Credit, Private Equity, and Real Estate businesses. Its key function is to identify credit migration and risk mitigation strategies in coordination with the business and the Risk Management team.
The Director's overall objective is to manage ORIX'sportfolio exposure to Structured Credit assets. The Director will determine the appropriate investment risk ratings through the ongoing review of financial metrics, the completion of periodic reviews of business line reports, liquidity and valuation analysis, covenant review and testing, monitoring of industry news articles and other early warning alerts, quarterly investment reporting, and the preparation of Watch-List review.
In this role, the Director will work closely with the Originations and Underwriting teams to actively manage the dialogue with the underlying portfolio assets and assist in the evaluation of amendments and/or collateral modifications. In parallel, the Director will also work with other members of the Portfolio Management team and other stakeholders on various strategic initiatives related to portfolio management, including enhancements to data quality, management and reporting, process improvements, credit research papers, and the development/review of policies and procedures.

Education, Skills and Experience:
Annual base salary gross: $170,000 - $200,000 (NY only). The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end of ORIX USA's salary for this position. Actual base salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
