Bring an obsession for customers and lead the team that is responsible for the business outcome by leading the development, deployment, operation, and go-to-market of new and innovative products and services. Define and implement new processes necessary to deliver business results.

You will work closely with every function within the company to provide a solution that is built on the highest level of trust upon which our customers have come to depend. You will have profit & loss responsibility. Your objectives will be directly linked to business metrics such as revenue, customer satisfaction, customer retention, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership (20%)

  • Develop and drive a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's vision, focusing on emerging trends and market opportunities in the semiconductor and IoT sectors.
  • Identify new opportunities for innovation and growth within connected solutions and intelligent devices.
  • Product Lifecycle Management (20%)

  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation and development to commercialization and continuous improvement, ensuring a robust pipeline of competitive offerings.
  • Prioritize product roadmaps to balance market needs, technological advancements, and business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, cultivating a collaborative and innovative culture that drives excellence.
  • Build and sustain a high-performing team with expertise in semiconductor and IoT product development.
  • Market and Technology Intelligence (10%)

  • Conduct in-depth market research, customer analysis, and competitive benchmarking within the semiconductor and IoT ecosystems.
  • Stay ahead of technological advancements in sensors, connectivity protocols, and embedded systems.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration (15%)

  • Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure seamless execution of product plans and successful market launches.
  • Act as the bridge between technical teams and market-facing teams to translate customer and market insights into product priorities.
  • Customer-Centric Innovation (15%)

  • Gather and integrate customer feedback, market trends, and pain points into product strategies.
  • Drive the creation of solutions that address real-world IoT challenges, from device-level integration to system-wide optimization.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making (10%)

  • Leverage analytics and KPIs to track product performance, refine strategies, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in product management, with at least 7 years in leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record in managing products within IoT, or related industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience with product development processes, including Agile, and knowledge of hardware/software integration.
  • Desired Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in launching and scaling hardware or connected systems products in the semiconductor or IoT industries.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, IoT architecture, connectivity standards (e.g., Cellular, Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa, Wi-Fi), and cloud integration.
  • Ability to define and articulate a forward-looking product vision that resonates with market demands and the company's long-term goals.
  • Deep familiarity with connectivity markets and IoT use cases, including intelligent transportation systems, Industry 4.0, grid modernization, mobility, etc.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, influencing and aligning diverse teams toward common goals.
  • Expertise in using analytics and insights to drive decisions and optimize product performance.
  • Ability to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, driving disruptive ideas and next-gen solutions.
