The role...
We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Director of Product Marketing to join our Global Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Marketing. This critical role is responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for our portfolio of reagent antibody-based products & services. The Director will lead efforts to optimize our existing portfolio, launch new products and services, and drive market leadership through integrated, sales-aligned marketing campaigns.
This position requires an in-depth understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth in the life sciences industry. Collaborating with R&D, sales, and global marketing teams, the Director will focus on expanding market share, enhancing customer engagement, and positioning our offerings as a market leader.
As the Director, you will oversee the development of the go-to-market strategy for the product portfolio, conduct gap analyses, and create marketing plans that highlight product differentiation and value. You will manage a team of Product Marketing Managers, providing mentorship and aligning efforts with organizational objectives. Success in this role requires a strong background in the commercialization of scientific products, exceptional leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
