Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Director of Project Management to oversee and drive the successful execution of multifaceted projects across HCP, DTC, and patient engagement sectors. The ideal candidate will bring approximately 10 years of project management experience, within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries. This role demands a proactive leader adept at managing complex projects, including digital platforms, websites, print materials, and Closed-Loop Marketing (CLM) applications, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project estimates, timelines, and annual brand scopes, securing necessary approvals and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Financial Oversight: Collaborate with finance and account teams to prepare client billing, reconciliations, and forecasts. Monitor brand budgets meticulously, proactively addressing potential overages to maintain financial integrity.
• Client Engagement: Participate actively in client meetings, providing insights on critical milestones, potential challenges, and financial updates to foster transparency and trust.
• Vendor & Team Coordination: Liaise with third-party vendors and freelancers to ensure project specifications and deliverables are met. Work closely with account and creative leads to deliver all project outcomes on time and within budget.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks early and develop strategic solutions to mitigate issues, ensuring seamless project progression.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Advanced degrees or certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are highly desirable.
• Professional Experience: Approximately 10 years of project management experience, preferably within an agency environment focusing on healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of web development technologies, print production processes, and proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage large projects with cross-functional teams effectively.
