About The Role
Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, optimizing retail operations, and ensuring alignment of sales and operational goals.Lead the development of total North America retail sales plans, including forecasting, target setting, and product allocation.Oversee the operational aspects of retail sales, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in processes.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and operations team.Prepare and manage the total North America sell-in sales and operations budget.Qualifications
