SDL Search Partners is looking to add an entrepreneurial & experienced Director to our top tier recruiting team. The ideal Director is a true 360-desk perm recruiter, with experience building out a dynamic Accounting & Finance client base, an established network in Greater Boston, and a desire tobe a key contributor to an early-stage, high-growth, recruiting startup. A supportive & positive company culture Responsibilities: Using a quality-first approach, manage and develop client relationships, forming strong business partnerships with a long-term strategy Proactively engage in business development through organic network, as well as through candidate skill-marketing to both warm & cold potential clients Build and submit candidate submittals for clients, ensuring quality and recognizing specific client needs Build and maintain active pipeline, keeping team aware of progress / changes / level of urgency Collaborate across the entire team, matching candidates to other team members current open requisitions Write & manage the posting and refreshing of Job Requisitions via the available job boards Conduct reference checks as needed for key roles Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates Provide creative, out of the box solutions to recruitment barriers, such as compensation misalignment, job level discussions and setting expectations for the market Source, recruit, and screen candidates to determine alignment of capabilities to job requirement Engage recruiting team to fill requisitions, serving as a knowledgeable resource on any client openings Keep hiring managers and other key leaders informed about status of progress, challenges, etc. Provide white-glove service to both clients and candidates, i.e. act as key point of contact, ensure timely follow up, etc. Key partner in negotiating offers, including offer letter generation and approvals Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Communications, or other relevant field 6 years of Direct-Hire, full-desk or sales experience Foundation in Accounting or Finance is a plus Experience with ATS systems is a plus Entrepreneurial mindset / interest in growing with the organization If you've hit the point in your recruiting career where you're tired of working for a large agency and want to be a part of building something unique, please get in touch today: contact All resumes are kept strictly confidential.
