Director Security - Regeneron Pharmaceuticals : Job Details

We are seeking a Director Security to lead our IOPS (Industrial Operations and Product Supply) security team. We are responsible for the protection of Regeneron's physical assets, personnel and properties. While our primary efforts focus on access control, video surveillance, alarm monitoring and emergency response, we also conduct investigations into quality, disciplinary, safety, and other instances or incidents of concern, provide security and safety training, support GxP audits and inspections, and support disaster recovery and business continuity efforts.

As a Director Security, a typical day might include the following:

• Providing strategic security program leadership and oversight in a regulated environment; collaborating with security management across Regeneron sites globally
• Interacting with local, state and federal law enforcement and emergency response organizations
• Providing leadership for travel security programs and operations; advising senior leadership on travel or other security risks or events
• Developing and delivering training and communications to enhance site security
• Partnering with HR and management to investigate and follow-up on incidents that compromise the safety and security of the site
• Evaluating technology needs for security operations to include CCTV, access control, fire alarm and suppression control; ensuring programs follow ADA and local, state fire codes
• Managing multiple contracts to support security business operations

• Have strong leadership and management skills with proven experience directing a team
• Are focused on continuous improvement while remaining aligned with established policies
• Are adept at building relationships and communicating effectively
• Thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment

To be considered for this role you should hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and the following minimum amounts of law enforcement, military, or security leadership experience for each level:

• Associate Director: 10+ years
• Director: 12+ years

We may substitute relevant experience for education requirement. Level will be determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.

Salary Range (annually)

$145,600.00 - $282,600.00
