OverviewAre you ready for what's next, now?We're looking for a Director, Strategic Initiatives for our office in Alpharetta, GA. The position is full-time. You'll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base.About the RoleThe Director, Strategic Initiatives will be responsible for leading high-impact projects that are critical to the organization's growth and success. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure the successful execution of initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies that align with corporate objectives and market opportunities. Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of strategic growth initiatives.
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of strategic projects. Regularly report on project progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management.
  • Innovation and Change Management: Manage change effectively to ensure successful adoption and integration of new initiatives across the organization.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and practices related to strategic projects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders across the business to ensure alignment and integration of strategic initiatives. Facilitate communication and cooperation among stakeholders.What we're looking for:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • 10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, private equity, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives and projects.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
