The Mindshare Referral Program represents one of Talkiatry's biggest strategic bets for 2024 and beyond. This program is critical to our vision for transforming how mental healthcare integrates with traditional medicine. We are building the infrastructure that will help millions of patients access care when they need it most. We've proven the model works - now we're scaling it.

That's where you come in. As Director of Partnerships, you'll drive growth in key markets by building lasting relationships with regional health system leaders. You'll own the full partnership lifecycle - from initial outreach through successful launch - creating scalable approaches that expand access to care. This isn't just another sales role - it's a chance to transform mental healthcare delivery in your region.

60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible, while 45% of clinicians are out of network with insurers because reimbursement rates are low, and paperwork is unduly burdensome. You Have:

• 7+ years of healthcare partnerships experience, with proven success closing deals with health systems
• Track record of building relationships with healthcare executives and physician leaders
• Understanding of regional healthcare dynamics and health system operations
• Strong analytical capabilities with history of exceeding sales targets
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
• Healthcare technology experience preferred
• Ability to travel as needed
• Bachelor's degree required

$165,000 - $180,000 a year

Compensation range for this position is $165K - 180K Base, $250K OTE, depending on experience; actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, location, as well as the individual's qualifications, experience, skills and certifications.
