We offer excellent opportunities for career advancement and build leadership skills.Professional experience:We are seeking individuals that can lead and deliver large, complex client engagements working closely with Private Equity leadership to identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for their portfolio companies.Hands-on experience through consulting projects or engagement in at least several of the following areas is required:
    • Gain a comprehensive understanding of a client's supply chain including manufacturing and distribution locations, baseline of product flow and seasonality, and detailed operating costs.
    • Develop a structured approach to assessing potential improvement opportunities and conduct required analysis to define potential supply chain strategies and tactics.
    • Analyze supply chain network design and footprints including:
      • Baseline warehousing and distribution network cost structure and capacity utilization
      • Profile supply chain processes and inventory flows throughout the network
      • Analyze network optimization opportunities for cost, inventory, and service delivery.
      • Conduct sourcing events related to transportation and warehousing.
      • Assess inventory planning processes and systems and recommend potential improvement opportunities.
      • Develop transformation plans to drive proposed changes and develop implementation plan.
      • Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and manage the team and relationships to ensure exceptional performance.Professional skills:

          • Experience in leading or modeling supply chains using software support tools
          • Excellent fact-gathering and analytical skills
          • Flexibility to travel based on project requirementsThe salary range is $150,000--$225,000 annually, dependent on several variables including education, experience, skills, and geography.
