Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, Talent (HR), you as the Director, Talent Data and Systems are responsible for Red Bull North America's (RBNA) approach and execution of all HR systems, analytics, and data integrity efforts. You will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of data, delivery of HR services, and driving people-related decisions and strategies through data and systems. Managing a team of ten, you will drive operational improvements and strategic advantages by leveraging HR technology and data capabilities for continued growth and success.

Job Description

HUMAN RESOURCE INFORMATION SYSTEM (HRIS)

  • Develop and implement North America HRIS strategies that support the organization's objectives and Global HRIS/IT strategies.
  • Stay current with trends and developments in HR technology, introducing new technology when it helps drive the business forward.
  • Manage the selection, implementation, and upgrade of North America HRIS software and tools.
  • Ensure the HRIS system is effectively integrated with other business systems and processes.
  • Develop and suggest solutions that serve our mobile workforce, including Distribution.
  • Oversee the maintenance and operation of HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and security.
  • Ensure timely technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of HRIS issues.
  • Focus on scale and efficiency while maintaining a premium employee experience for HR and non-HR users.
  • ANALYTICS, INSIGHTS & PLANNING

  • Own approach to employee data strategy, scaling Global programs and processes and designing and executing North America-specific strategies when necessary.
  • Analyze HR data to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Utilize current insights to anticipate business needs and uncover people opportunities, guide the business planning process, and provide leading-edge solutions.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for statistical analyses or predictive modeling to forecast trends and understand how HR performance indicators drive business success.
  • Own the full Talent Planning (headcount & personnel cost planning) process for all RBNA entities.
  • DATA MANAGEMENT & SECURITY

  • Develop and enforce data management and privacy policies and procedures.
  • Ensure Red Bull has best practices in place in all systems and processes to manage employee data.
  • Vet and ensure vendors' processes, integrations, and security incident responses meet all standards.
  • Work with Digital Security to ensure best practices are in place for all employee data systems.
  • Work with Legal to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding employee data.
  • Train HR team and business owners on personnel data management and security best practices.
  • EQUIP HR AND THE BUSINESS

  • Provide value-added talent insights, systems, and scalable processes and programs across the Talent Function to support key business decisions, on both an ongoing and ad-hoc basis.
  • Identify and facilitate opportunities for new HR data products, projects, or programs.
  • Advance HR team capabilities through technology and data solutions and skill-building opportunities.
  • Collaborate with key departments including HQ HRIS and Analytics, Local IT, Local Finance to optimize HR capabilities and deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities in, and improve upon, an organization's critical talent planning processes, platforms, and ways of working.
  • Identify & recommend strategies & tactics to maximize the impact of our workforce, either through increased organizational output (e.g., resource shifting/sharing) or cost containment.
  • Manage budget, vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts.
  • LEADERSHIP, COACHING, AND DEVELOPMENT

  • Build, develop, and lead a diverse high-performing team.
  • Create a culture of excellence in the team, fostering collaboration and partnership.
  • Ensure career development for the team.
  • Coach, educate, and motivate direct reports for increased productivity.
  • Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data, and systems.
  • Proficient in HRIS software, databases, and cloud-based systems.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and protection laws relevant to HR data.
  • Analytical background and ability to analyze complex trends and data; experience in advanced statistical techniques preferred.
  • Experience as a direct manager and manager of managers preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, highly organized, and manages timelines and objectives effectively.
  • Manage cross-functional projects to deliver the required results.
  • Communication and collaboration to customers, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Structure complex business problems and prepare clear business process blueprints.
  • Additional Information

    The base salary range for this position is $171,000-$187,200 + cash incentives. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
