Job Location : Armonk,NY, USA
This is a hybrid position that requires 3 non-consecutive days on-site in Armonk, NY or Basking Ridge, NJ, and 2 days from home. A fully remote role is not possible for this position.
The Director Transformation Program Management will work closely with leaders to drive non-drug business transformation programs and projects across the organization, playing a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of non-drug projects. The Director Transformation Program Management leads, mentors, and develops a team of program and project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. The position involves a blend of strategy setting, team leadership, and operational oversight. Developing and applying program and project management methodologies, playbooks and tools/technology, the Director Transformation Program Management tracks progress and performance, manages resources, and prepares and presents reports and metrics to leadership to support decision making and the delivery of organizational objectives. They liaise with the Director Transformation Business Lead, and Director Change and Engagement and communicates and collaborates with senior partners and customers to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
A typical day may include:To be considered, we are looking for you to have a Bachelors Degree and 12+ years of relevant project management experience managing large, complex projects . Lastly we require you to have a PMP Certification.
