DIRECTOR, TREASURY OPERATIONS
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for managing corporate Treasury operations and working with business
units to create operational efficiencies and strategize how to improve global Treasury operations.
The Director, Treasury Operations will manage the operational activities of a staff of three in
alignment with business unit Senior Management. This role will need to be available to work in
both the Princeton, NJ, and New York City offices (three times per week between the locations).
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
The role will be primarily responsible for North American Treasury operations and support in
global Treasury operations, including banking and cash management setup and infrastructure,
with a directive to migrate to Best in Class practices and integrate advanced technology
Partner with business units to identify operational issues / inefficiencies, recommend solutions,
and lead the local teams through implementation
Utilize Integrity Treasury Management System to manage cash, debt, derivative and investment
activity, and evaluate, recommend and lead the build out of additional modules and reporting
enhancements
Work with Sr. Director of Global Treasury to build and maintain cash and liquidity forecasts to
improve accuracy of cash and liquidity management
Utilize Cash Optix software to review and analyze business unit cash forecasting
Assess global bank connectivity, banking infrastructure and payment management and provide
recommendations / implement changes as required
Own SOX controls and liaise with internal and external auditors
Maintain contact with internal departments and banks to resolve outstanding issues
Manage global Treasury policies and procedures to meet the company's needs and cover regulatory requirements
Assist / get involved in financial risk management projects as required
Perform ad-hoc duties and/or other special projects as required
Prepare treasury analysis reports as required
Review and/or prepare Treasury reporting
Maintain and manage all bank portal requests as portal admin
Support Tax group with annual FBAR filing process, and ensure eBAM system is operating optimally
Required / Desired Knowledge, Experiences and Skills:
8+ years prior experience in Treasury
Must have experience managing projects, implementing solutions and leading teams, with
experience in Treasury transformation projects a plus
Must be an expert of best-in-class Treasury operations and Treasury technology developments
Must be detail oriented with strong analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop both internal and external relationships
Strong time management skills - ability to manage competing deadlines
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work cohesively in a team environment
Familiarity with FIS Integrity Treasury Management System preferred
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, strong MS Excel skills required
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification
Masters Degree in Finance or an MBA is strongly preferred though not required

Pay Range: $150,000 - $200,000
