Director - Vice President - AIM Sports Group : Job Details

Looking for an experienced Vice President/Director level executive to run the volleyball enterprise within AIM, including the existing properties, and scale into new markets. They will be responsible for the management of all current and future AIM Sports Group volleyball properties – with the primary objective of growing the game. Including but not limited to identifying and implementing innovative ways to improve competitions, enhance experiences, and scale into new markets. They will oversee staff in the day-to-day operations of the nation's largest boys league and tournament (SoCal Cup), and the development of new volleyball related innovations. Reporting to the EVP/President.Key Areas of Responsibility

• Efficiently and profitably oversee the operations of the SCC and future VB initiatives/properties.
• Build and maintain production relationships with clubs/teams, partners and vendors.
• Effectively negotiate contracts that deliver against are goals and are financially sound.
• Manage a team of full-time and flex staff to effectively run the day-to-day operations.
• Oversee and create best practices for the volleyball properties.

Experience

• 7+ years at a high-level facilitating sports/athletic administration.
• Strong core competency managing a sports league; including managing teams/clubs, operations and venue coordination.
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail, organized, flexible and able to solve problems.
• Volleyball experience required.

Salary: $125,000-$175,000.
