Position Summary

Organization A is seeking an individual who desires to partner with leaders to drive continuous improvement and organizational results as it relates to Workforce Management. This individual works closely with the Leadership Team along with the Workforce Core Team and serves as standing member of the Team.

The position of Workforce Performance Excellence oversees and is responsible for the direction, coordination, and management of Workforce Management throughout the organization. The position leads the development and implementation of yearly reviews of productivity targets, facilitates the position vacancy and labor variance review processes, and serves as an oversight and accountability leader to achieve and ensure successful organizational outcomes, consistent with the Mission, Vision, Values and strategic plan.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher is required; preferred in business, clinical, healthcare, or human services field.
  • Masters degree in clinical, health administration, business or quality management is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years healthcare, human services, government or business performance excellence related experience is required.
  • Minimum 5 years management experience is required.
  • Experience and/or certification in a recognized performance excellence methodology is required.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Quality/Performance Excellence field.
  • 2 years of experience in research design and statistical analytics.
  • 2 years of experience in teaching, training, or group facilitation.
