Position Overview

We are seeking a Staff Attorney with 0-4 years of experience to support our legal team with discovery and accounting-related tasks. This role is permanently remote, offering flexibility while being part of a cutting-edge, technology-focused law firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting discovery requests and responses.
• Reviewing financial records and accounting documents for litigation.
• Assisting with motions and briefs related to discovery and accounting issues.
• Legal research and writing to support litigation strategy.
• Collaborating with attorneys to develop effective case strategies.
• Assisting in negotiations with opposing counsel.
• Maintaining clear communication with clients regarding case progress.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in litigation or real estate law.
• High attention to detail, especially with numbers and financial documents.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets) and Microsoft Word.
• Membership in the State Bar of California or awaiting bar number after exam results.
• Sense of humor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
