ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Dishwasher position for ASM Global/Branson Convention Center. Responsible for – Maintaining the highest standard of excellence in kitchen cleanliness and organization.Essential DutiesInclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.Adhere to all sanitation guidelinesAssist the cooks and servers as necessaryMust be able to take lead and direct temp laborDispose of wasteEnsure all items are clean according to sanitation guidelines.Maintain a clean and organized work areaMonitor proper tank temperatures and chemicalsRecord all breakageComplete day-end dishwasher maintenanceClean all soiled itemsDispose of all broken items in the proper areaRemove trash and wasteClean, sanitize, and close workstations.ResponsibilitiesPunch time clock and sign in on time sheets, also check communication board for announcements and memos.Ensure that all equipment is clean and in good working orderWear all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) according to ASM Global standards.Review BEO (Banquet Event Orders)Must be a Team Player and be able to communicate effectively with all departments.Arrives at work in a timely fashion following the posted schedule.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
