**Responsibilities:**

* Maintaining an overall clean environment

* Ability to multi-task

* Keeping the dish area free of clutter, organizing dishes by soiled and cleaned, and setting up/tearing down dish area when appropriate

* Assist in customer service satisfaction by cleaning all dishes in a timely manner

* Following all safety and sanitation procedures as well as restaurant protocols

**Required Qualifications**

* Pay vital attention to detail

* Obtain high standards/cleanliness of restaurant

* Janitorial duties

* Ability to be a leader and also take direction
