Dishwasher - Sahm's Hospitality Group : Job Details

Sahm's Haven at Lake Heritage is hiring for our Back of House team! We are looking for a dedicated employee to help with food preparation as well as in the dish room. Come join our family at this beautiful lakeside restaurant. Role and Responsibilities Dishwashers and kitchen prep are responsible for ensuring all utensils, cooking equipment, and dining room place settings remain clean. As a Dishwasher, you will:

• Ensure dishwashing room is clean at the start and end of each shift.
• Clean all dishes in a timely manner.
• Help prepare sauces and ingredients for cooking.
• Make sure the right amount of soap is programmed to run through the dishwasher.
• Return cookware to its proper place of storage.
• Empty trash cans throughout the kitchen.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Communicate well in a team environment.
• Ability to stand at least 4 hours per shift and lift 50lbs.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Highschool Diploma or GED
