Job DescriptionDishwasher- Part time The Granite Restaurant and Bar is actively seeking dishwashing staff for our restaurant! We are currently looking for someone to fill in 1-5 nights a week. The Granite Restaurant & Bar is known for its outstanding food and amazing service, earning us countless awards and loyal patrons whom we adore. We will be open for dinner four nights a week with brunch on Sundays, and are looking for professional, friendly, and experienced dishwashers to join our Food and Beverage team. Utilizes an automatic dishwasher and / or a 3-compartment sink as necessary.• Stocks, stores, and keeps assigned areas organized according to established procedures. Stocks purchase order items as they arrive.• Keeps dish room, walk-in refrigerator/freezer, glassware, flatware and porcelain storage areas, and food storage areas neat, clean, and organized.• Assists with food preparation as directed when other duties do not require attention.• Follows all health and safety practices and procedures as outlined by the company.• Empties garbage cans, sweeps and mops, and performs other closing duties.Experience and Skills• 16+ years old.• Previous Culinary experience a plus.• Must continuously demonstrate a positive, upbeat and customer-focused attitude.• Interest in growth within the Culinary department a plus.• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and other high volume days and times (i.e. town festivals).Job BenefitsBenefits:
