He/She may be asked to assist other kitchen staff with cleaning of workstations and assisting with food prep when needed. EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Must be reliable and hard-working.
- Must be hard working and be able to work well with others.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages the flow of the dishes used in food preparation and plating for guests.
- Washes and cleans all food service utensils, plates, glasses and serving ware as well as pots and pans used to prepare food.
- Other job duties as specified by the Chef, General Manager or Food and Beverage Manager.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS
- Ability to work in Heat and Cold; Constant use of water and hands emerged in water.
- Ability to move freely about the kitchen area; stand and stoop for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
